Why Use it?
What is it?
If you don’t define DONE three things can happen: You can’t measure if it is achieved. You don’t know when it is achieved. You don’t have direction to guide you to achieving it.
The DONE State Assessment Matrix is a grid that enables projects to assess the level of achieved SUCCESS. It can be used as a classification bucket for survey responses. It can be used as a template to help define DONE characteristics.
